UFC fighter Tim Elliott has accused ex-wife Gina Mazany of cheating with Kevin Croom, who happens to be his teammate and a close friend, during their marriage.
Elliott took to Twitter to share the supposed evidence of the affair, which is a photo of Mazany reading his daughter’s wedding vows while Croom held the microphone for her.
“You want to see something gross? This is my ‘wife’ reading vows to my daughter on our “wedding” night!” He wrote.
“The guy holding the microphone was my ‘friend/teammate’ my wife cheated on me with this guy the same night! and they have had a relationship our entire ‘marriage’ Gina mazany,” the 36-year-old said.
Elliott claimed that he had discovered the affair through text messages. Neither Mazany nor Croom has responded to these accusations, although Elliot said that his ex-wife had itted to cheating on him.
While Mazany has deleted her Instagram , several active posts on Elliott’s still feature the former couple. Elliott and Mazany were romantically involved for a significant period before their engagement on July 28, 2020.
Elliott, Mazany and Croom trained together under coach James Krause at Glory MMA and Fitness Gym.
While competing as a women’s bantamweight contender, Mazany experienced a tough first-round TKO defeat against Julia Avila during UFC Vegas 2. However, she made a remarkable comeback in her fight against Rachael Ostovich at UFC Vegas 15.
Croom also competed as a bantamweight contender in the UFC for two years. After their losses in April, the UFC released both Mazany and Croom.
They went on to compete in secondary promotions. Croom won in his second bout with the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship on February 17.
Elliott has not fought in the Octagon following his victory over Tagir Ulanbekov by unanimous decision at UFC 272. He is set to face Victor Altamirano on June 3, airing on ESPN.
